I don't think you or I have useful experience.  I get a handful of failure 
reports
a day and maybe one FBL report a week, but that's because I run a tiny mail 
system.

Large mail senders get a lot more FBL reports because they send a lot more mail.

By the way, the failure reports are 100% useless, all normal mailing list 
traffic,
while the FBLs mean that someone manually reported list mail as junk so I know 
to
remove them from the list.
