I didn't know about SECDISPATCH. I thought if they can do GMP they could also
do my draft which we couldn't do here. However, it seems that the GMP message
never made it to that list.

We are requesting working group guidance on:
1. Appropriateness for EMAILCORE or SECDISPATCH
2. Feedback on the GMR structure and verification flow
3. Interest in WG adoption and interoperability testing
