At least when evaluating mailing lists, ARC is useful only if the evaluator believes the ARC data is accurate.
DKIM2 is only useful if the evaluator believes the transforms are innocuous. Is this a meaningful difference! Is one easier than the other to evaluate when deciding whether to grant trust? DF
