I removed and rebuilt both druntime and phobos now. The behavior has
improved but is not perfect.
Now all of Phobos' unittests segfault upon exit. To reproduce, go to
phobos' directory and run for example:
make obj/posix/release/unittest/std/algorithm

I forgot to emphasize, all D code must be recompiled with the new dmd to
work, because the layout of ModuleInfo changed.
