Yeah I still haven't gotten around to looking at that. Not as much of
an issue for this release though, since TDPL doesn't talk about
core.thread.

Being the author myself, I still detest the naming of druntime/src/
core/thread_helper and dll_helper. With the sys folder now
established, I'd like to see them being moved into core/sys/windows
and maybe just named thread and dll.
