It wasn't marked as fixed in the changelog. I don't know what the
problem with it is.

Also what is the proper way to label a regression? I looked an a
couple and what I saw was a to say Regression then a dmd version. What
I couldn't tell was whether the version should have been where the
regression occurred or the version it last worked in.
