No, but why does it matter? RDMD is a separate project, which happens
to be distributed with DMD. Why not keep the latest version of RDMD
with the latest version of the compiler?
Because that goes against the grain of what a point release is supposed to be.
It's only for regressions, it is not for adding more features, etc. The latter
is for the next version, 2.064.
