For anyone not watching, the tester now marks the std.datetime
failures as 'broken' instead of 'failed' when they fail on that one
assert, making real failures clearer.  I've also fixed some issues
with using the wrong dmd/dmd.conf/phobos lib which exposes some more
bugs.
