You're right.. it's not that you're not current, but it's something about your set of changes. The pull auto-tester for your pull request also failed, only on windows:

Does the windows dmd not emit assert errors? I hardly ever touch the windows side of things. Either your changes have exposed an existing bug or introduced a new one.
