It doesn't currently work, because DMD has some hacks in toir.c (I think) to match intrinsics like bts, bsr, bsf. Quite frankly, I don't get how this works. Would anyone who's more intimately familiar with this be willing to take a look at making a DMD patch to go with the druntime pull request? Thanks!
