fix Issue 10567 - Typeinfo.compare has unreasonable signature requirements on
opCmp
If needed, generate `__xopEquals` method in order to adapt `opCmp` member
function (even if it's template) to the function pointer
`TypeInfo_Struct.xopCmp`.
