I think that he's asking why the site is slow, not why the rate at which bugs are fixed has decreased - though having more open bugs might affect the speed of some database queries. The box is a little overloaded. It does too much on too small a machine. I will likely upgrade it to a bigger box and move it to ec2 sometime in feb, killing several birds with one stone.
