Yes, having a single repo for dmd/druntime/phobos/etc would
certainly help.
It seems better to tackle this then to fight symptoms (changelog
for each repo).
We talk about this often, so maybe it's time to just do it.
I reckon their have been some plans around, e.g. using git
submodules.
