The ACPI NFIT (NVDIMM Firmware Interface Table) reports the SMBIOS
handle of each NVDIMM (in a field called Physical ID).  So, this
helps follow that to find the rest of the information about the
NVDIMM that is being provided by system firmware.

Similarly, the ACPI PMTT (Platform Memory Topology Table) and HMAT 
(Heterogeneous Memory Attribute Table) include SMBIOS handles for
the DIMMs whose attributes they are describing.
