Yes. Multiple approaches.

- Approach of allocating a local session after each L3 handover. The traffic 
associated will that new sessions always be offloaded from that DPA, which is 
also the Home DPA for that new session.
- For any existing session which has a remote Home DPA, SIPTO based approach 
for offloading select traffic from the Access DPA.
