Folks, We had a fruitful discussion on this draft at DMM meeting. Before going for the adoption call the authors need to take a look at RFC7934 recommendations and modify the draft accordingly.
We had a straw-man poll on whether folks like the draft proposed solution in general and see it useful and whether the WG should work on it.
