I supported the adoption of the draft. Some comments: * In sec#2 (term.): PE and SF are mixed, with PE being explained as SF and SF as PE. Please correct. * “Layer 3 UDP tunnel”: is the major fundamental term used in the draft. So, suggest adding one bullet in Sec#2 (term) to explain ‘Layer 3 UDP tunnel’.
