I've now confirmed your bug. Since we can reproduce it locally,
we hope to have a bug fix fairly soon in our developer's git repo.
That will go into DMTCP-2.4.4 when it is released. Alternatvily,
you'll be able to use the developer master branch.
I've opened the issue here, and you can always check back for
the status:
