I've got a case where I have a multi process checkpoint. I want to restart multiple copies of this computation on same machine so they need new and separate coordinators.
If I use --new-coordinator, it throws an error when passes in 3 checkpoint files to dmtcp launch, because somehow it tries to start up 3 coordinators at the same port and the second two fail.
