Hello,
I would like to use DMTCP to checkpoint MPI programs on TACC machines. I
notice that there are some SLURM scripts for the old Stampede machine.
However, they no longer work on the new Stampede2 system.
According to TACC's staff, they haven't yet be able to resolve the issue of
DMTCP on Stampede2 and thus suggest me to make contact with DMTCP
developers. I wonder if it is because DMTCP does not support Omni-Path
which is used by Stampede2? Also, have you tried to make DMTCP work on
other TACC machines (e.g, Lonestar5, etc.).
