You're most likely talking about DDR (Double Date Rate) which doubles the
data rate between the CPU & Ram. (Well it doesn't but there is *some*
improvement). It does *not* apply to the PCI Bus though. There are
motherboards in the works for a 266MHZ PCI Bus (Whether this is DDR or true
266mhz I don't know).

And the reason you need it of course.. is how would you get 266MHZ out of a
133MHZ bus?
