I'm hoping they'll never get to wipe out the warez scene, simply because it's one of 
the 
reasons the whole IT bizz has been and is still blooming (though less than it was 
before).


If people would have to pay for all the software they are running on their already 
expensive machines, I'm pretty sure a lot of them wouldn't even bother buying one, or 
spend a whole lot less money on new hardware and perhaps the software they do buy 
nowadays.

Hell who's going to buy Unreal Tournament if he actually has to buy MS Office, Outlook 
etc, instead of getting it for 'free'.
