off to a nice start with the intro - the click for the djs at
the start is a nice touch with that atmospheric intro. the beats are cool, the
interplay between the drum sounds is nice. i like the layering of that bass tone
with the kick too.
nice growling bass, reminds me of something on double zero i
think, can't remember what, sorry!
strangely, the track sounds fantastic on my headphones but a
bit muddy through my monitors.
the amen at 3:53 was unexpected, but seems to work ok. the
transition to it feels a bit uncomfortable though. when the sub bass drops at
4:15 the bottom end sounds a bit crowded, until the breakdown at
5:22.
overall, a very textured track with lots going on, but i
think i'd thin it out a bit. i was really enjoying it until the amen came in, so
i'd maybe change something there. gotta say i'm liking it more as i keep
listening to it. still sounds busy though.
