If he is, I don't mind... after shelling out 450$ on a CD3000i that has no 
audio input, I'd be glad to see some lower prices on higher quality 
samplers... some of the prices I've seen are nuts. I'd only be upset if he 
was affiliated with Musician's Friend... (they do have good prices though..)
