i love it! It's a different world. To obtain this kind of desk in the
analogue realm you have to be rich. it's flexible, great fx (2 engines),
moving faders, stereo gang, etc., etc.
i use it also as a "human" interface to my sound card, with a yamaha card
that runs 8 I/O simultaneosly (ADAT optical) and with MIDI automation. I
automate cubase with the faders (use it as a midi controler) and vice versa.
All menus are very near you and you almost have the same speed as in a
analogue desk, and usualy that kind of fast access is a more of a live
situation need.
But the far best thing is that you can work in several projects at the same
time with memory scene recall.
