I went and picked up a Berhinger Compser Pro yesterday after taking in the comments from u guys.
Ting is I got a bit of a problem. This is how I've set it up . . . . . . EMU 5000 (mono out) > Composer PRO > Desk > Amp EMU 5000 (mono out) > Composer PRO > Desk > Amp I've set the composer to split and work as 2 mono compressors. I can hear whats coming out loud and clear and the signal is showing up on the meters on the compressor. However if I fiddle around with settings on the compressor what I hear isnt changing, but the level meters on the compressor are. I tried so many combinations of ratio's / thresholds and gain on the channel but the signal I hear doesnt change in the slightest. Its like the signal is bypassing the compressor completly.
