well, ask edgy how to do it by ear....he seems to have it down. "nice, glad you felt that, was rough getting the LFO to sync with the bpm over 32 beats... my math failed and i just did it by ear.. was hoping it
wouldnt fall apart as the track went on..." -edgy The way I do it.... My sampler's LFO is midi sync cable. I can set the intial phase of the LFO (high, low, unity, etc.) It allows me to set the sync to manual or Midi. Choosing the latter, I can then assign a midi controller to the tempo, and set the tempo with the mouse in Logic's controller edit window. I imagine that most samplers, and especially synths have a syncable LFO, if not several. Just find out which midi control number, or how to set the controller number. Someone else correct me where I am wrong here. lars +++pleiadian aka larzmarz+++ http://www.mp3.com/djpleiadian [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > OK I need to know the how's why's do's and donts of syncing LFO to > tempo. > > Also How do I figure out setting up Delay so that its runnin with the > track. > > Easy. > Will > --- > Drum&Bass Arena Producers Discussion List http://www.breakbeat.co.uk > You are currently subscribed to dnb-prod as: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > To unsubscribe send a blank email to > [EMAIL PROTECTED] --- Drum&Bass Arena Producers Discussion List http://www.breakbeat.co.uk You are currently subscribed to dnb-prod as: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
