I'm not on my Audio partition at the moment so i can't tell you exactly, but I'll try and get it as close as i can.
Click on the sample(s) boxes so u get the waveform up in the edit section. There are two orange buttons in that section, one with 'mode' and the other 'on/off' (i think). Click both of these and you should be sorted. You might have to adjust the hold dial slightly, say to about 25, as i said i cant remember off the top of my head. To select all the samples in your patch hold shift and click on each row one by one, this way you can adjust all the samples at the same time.
