Yup,

I would definitely second that one.
Just get a basic SCSI card (i have a IWILL 2930C - �25) to the ZIP drive and
then connect on to the A3000v2.I can fully vouch for Wave Surgeon - its half
the price of Recycle and does all you need (plus it can use Direct X for
real time plugins).

Its quick and a cinch to use and reliable with a cool randomise function
which works well on breaks. 
The strip silence function is also good for quick percussion hits. Leave a
sample CD playing into Cool Edit or Sound Forge etc and just save the raw
recording as wav. Import into WS then strip the silence, then split into
hits before sending each to the sampler. Only �50.
