I might be completely wrong but I thought it meant that it's a mix that's
originally done just for the Producer himself (and his mates) to play out ??

Subject: [dnb-prod] Silly Question

Excuse my ignorance but I've a question. For years I've seen various mixes
called "VIP mix". To this day I still don't really understand why this is. I
know the meaning of the acronym but what's all this VIP mix malark?

Cheers youse!
