I had all kinds of problems when I installed XP onto my machine with SCSI transfers between my A3000 and my PC. Various apps recognised the A3000 and certain ones didn't.
I don't know whether this applies to Win2000 as well but I went to http://www.teleport.pl/windowsxp/download_other.html (which is an unofficial XP site) and downloaded some new ASPI drivers...I've just checked the website and it seems to be down at the moment...If you want I can e-mail them to you (they are only 500k), but as I said they were d/loaded from an XP site so I'm not sure how relevant it will be to you with Win2000... As for Disky, it works fine with my XP configuration...And as for considering XP when I changed from 98 to XP most people advised me to get 2000 instead - Unfortunately I couldn't get hold of it and I installed XP Professional and have had no major problems to speak of and my computer is a hell of a lot more stable than it used to be...
