Drivers...
2k *is* NT. So is XP. Both are based on the NT
kernel - and have the same driver architecture as NT systems. 98/ME
are based on the Windows 3.0 "kernel" (which is to say, they are based on
MS-DOS.) It might as well have said "I don't work on anything but
Win98/ME."

i could never get the kx drivers to even
install, always getting an error message saying that i was missing a dll...
and the aps ASIO drivers say "dont work on nt" when i try to
install them... but i am running win2k.

Audio Drivers...
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience
of using the kX audio drivers for the SBLive cards with Logic Audio
Platinum 5.01...If I try to use the kX ASIO drivers in LAP 5, I get an
error telling me there is "...an error creating an input buffer..." and
then when I try to play any audio I get another error saying "ASIO :
Hardware not available"...
The PCAV drivers work fine, but I'd really
like to get the low latency that comes with the kX drivers. Does anyone
know if this is simply due to the fact that LAP and the kX drivers are not
compatible or if it's something wrong with my configuration in Logic? If
they are incompatible, does anyone know of any low latency drivers that
work with Logic 5.01 and the SBLive?
Thanks in
advance...
