Funny how life works isn't it?

I made this tune 3 years ago (1999)
and at the time I was really feeling slower soulful tunes
with non two step drum programming - but here were none out there
on the market.

So lately people are talking about how they'd like DnB to slow down
and have more substance, not to mention the current trends of deeper DnB,
and the popularity of UK/2Step garage...

So any way I met the Vocalist (Kwesi) when he approached me after gig in
Nashille where I was playing out in 99. He is originally from Texas - but
had lived in London England from 1989-1997. He landed in Nashville to
pursue music also in 1997. Kwesi was in a band/vocal group with Cleveland
Watkiss and as it turned out Kwesi introduced Cleveland to DnB. Kwesi has a
soul / RnB album out on sony's European division S2 - which I highly
recommend.

anyway here is a tune I engineered called "Two Hearts" that Kwesi did the
vocals for. We made three tunes of about the same style and tempo (150 bpm)
of which Two Hearts was probably the strongest.

So let me know what you think.

keep in mind these are not mastered - and are obviously Real Audio.

I couldn't find an outlet to release these when I made these tunes in 99 as
the style of DnB then was Konflict, Usual Suspects, Ed & optical and not
much else.
