Okay so it was inside a folder inside the VST plugins folder, so I went ahead and made a copy. After starting up cubase a little dialog came up that said "Check evp73 CD" (the plugin/vst instrutment is called the evp 73)Then it said "CD check ok" or something like that, Cubase started and it still wasn't listed with my other plugins. I'm looking in the "Insert" menu on the VST monitor mixer strip - is that the right place? I wouldn't see where else it would be. I also checked the rewire, and it's not there either - is that where it would be? Like I said this is my first VST. What a fucker.
