Sorry to hear this, I used to deal with Vinyl Net way back in 96/97 and stopped once the records went above 3.5 pounds...too expensive for US purchasing
I had similar dealings, although not as harsh. It took way too many nasty emails/phone calls to confirm listofvinyl/order/shipments, most of the time the orders were very late (after paying shitloads for overseas shipping) and missing KEY items, stuff that I still haven't found elsewhere 5 years later.
