Answer to Question 2:

I think its "Beats Booyaa" by Amazon II which, happily for you, is on
Absolute Classic Drum n Bass vol 4.

Well worth the purchase.

Rockin'.

....... Ive been on the discussion list for just over a month now and i
havn't contributed yet, instead ive just been reading all the mails and
taking notes!!
So here I am, over in the west midlands, 22 years old, Ive been looping
beats for around five years now, started on an Atari, Now using a Mac
G3/Logic 4.8 AKAI S2000 Yamaha CS1X/ Roland Xv5050.
I did have a nice little studio premesis setup with a "mate" who plays
in
a band!!!?! but wev'e recently gone seperate ways and split the kit (I've
had
it up to here with that grungy/rocky sound anyway) He's kept the big 24
chanel mixer and left me with somthing that hisses more than a
hyperventilating snake!! I've had to set up all my stuff in my flat now & i
aint a happy camper!!!
Lesson Learnt....... Dont ever invest any time/money/effort into a joint
venture. ALWAYS look after number one and YOUR OWN Music!

Got a couple of questions too about some Old,old tunes
1- DJ hype - Tiger Style - I always remember it having a sampled vocal
"Hoods
on the right, Wild for the night,Punks in the back" but Ive
heard
a mix recently on an "old skool" CD without the sample, am i getting it
mixed
up with "Punks" or somthing like that? can anyone else remember it? anyone
got a copy just so i can prove a point to my mates?
2- Err... anyone remember "Big Booya" from around 95ish, got some Mad
timestretched Amens (as they did) and a BIG,Big Heavyweight bassline.....any

ideas who by and what the chance's are of still getting a copy?

Sorry for the ranting, Im not all that pissed off really!

Si
