This may be a bit of a stupid question but....Have you got both the midi in
and out of your computer connected to the midi in and out of your sampler?

I know that when I was having problems with my A3000 and Recycle, I only had
the midi out of the computer linked to the midi in of the sampler (the midi
in on my computer was linked to my keyboard).

Hope that doesn't sound too confusing and I've made the slightest bit of
sense...
