I think it's worth picking up, the tunes on it are quality and quite different at times.
I'd rather see Matrix as a reference instead of Optical when you're talking musically (I do know Optical did engineer though). Certain moods from the Grooverider album can be easily found in track on Matrix' Sleepwalk.
