Errrm.. They're Direct X... I also installed the waves shell but for some reason the plugins don't appear as VST ones.. (maybe I need to check the plugins setup list in SX)..
I did manage to automate a load of other plugins last night but I still can't do the waves ones.. I had a look on the waves site yesterday and the forum does suggest that the automation isn't great but no-one was complaining that it plain didn't work..
