Ever considered the zoom 1201 ? It's a bit noisy but it's possible to
produce a whole bunch of wacky fx with it. I've got 2. Bought one new, one
2nd hand.
I think there's a more recent model called the zoom 1202 or 1204 or
something.

I also got 2 midiverbs, which have good delays (and nice reverb, chorus,
flange,...) but not something you'd get for weird fx.
