2 options..create your own or sample a break.
sample a break using programs like wavesurgeon and soundforge where you take different bits and rearrange them and give them fx etc..the options are endless.
or use a vst instrument in cubase e.g the lm-7 that comes with cubase..and create drum loops using that.
