Yeah - I've got one and payed just over �350 for it. Really good value for money and will do exactly as you've written. The main differences between it and the newer 01V is that the digital output is fixed at 48khz, there are only 3 compressors (shared between the 16 outs) and there is no expansion slots. However, you won't find an 01V for under �500 2nd hand - probably nearer �600. Oh yeah, the first 8 outs are XLR's only (balanced I think).
