..Hear hear!...its all good,... the fact is that the chap is trying to learn
how to make tunes and is looking to the latest trends in the scene for
inspiration, tunes which are what he is probably feelin right now,is all
natural i guess, and untill he develops his skills and know how its good
practice! like myself, once i get my head round it all fully, then ill
concentrate on my own sound'n'style! until then its all messin around and
experimenting, be it with spanish influence, old skool style,
....blhdyblahdyblah...

I'm assuming you concluded this sweeping generalisation from information
outside this list. Having read the comments, I believe only one person
wanted create the sound of "Spanish guitars", everyone else chipped in with
comments and advice based on this.

Subject: [dnb-prod] spanish guitars- how to think fer yerself

I find it laughable that rather than take this spanish dnb trend as a
reminder that "anything goes" in dnb, and using it inspire their own
creativity, amateur producers are instead slavishly hoping the bandwagon.
This is made further laughable by the fact that by the time alot of these
dudes get pressed, the trend will be long gone. Its only natural that the
"big" producers set styles and trends, but the fact that kids who never in a
million years would have thought to sample a guitar yet alone a spanish one,
are now scrambling to download Tito Puente records of Kaza is a testament to
sheepthink. ---
