sennheiser seem to be getting a big thumbs up on dogs on acid as well so I reckon I'll check them out.

Hi Dan, I really like the Sennheiser HD25sp's. They're fully closed so you don't get too much sound leaking out. They sound pretty good, yet the response is reasonably flat. Things will always sound a bit different though speakers though, but you can get used to them. One thing to watch though - sometimes, if I'm using headphones (any type), I start to loose a slight sense of pitch if I'm using them for too long without a break.

Hello people
I am soon to be in a situation where I will have to produce using headphones
75% of time can anyone reccommend some headphones that:
a, are very accurate with a pretty flat response
b, don't hurt your head after 3 hours of usage...
and while we are on the subject does anyone else find that using headphones
isn't as good as going through speakers / monitors? I reckon its because you
can't 'feel' the music, bass, etc. thoughts?
