I just installed XP and wow, I'm impressed. The use of the APIC motherboard and ACPI mode in XP with the new added IRQs was nice.
IMPORTANT NOTE: any one with a delta card and are having issues with the sync of the ASIO drivers this is what i found. When i left the maudio control panel buffer at 256 and used the cubase ASIO setup utility: when i detected the buffers and ran the test the sync would fail. I then tried to increase the buffers on the maudio control panel and redetected the buffers and tested: Failed again. I then tried and set the buffers to the lowest setting 128 in maudio control panel =) I then detected the buffers and did the sync test and it works FLAWLESSLY. WHOO HOO! Just wanted to tell you all since it seems counter-intuitive that reducing the buffer in the cards control panel fixes the sync problem.
I'm a happy camper now.
