I'm not sure how you mean the "other part of the sampler", but here's what
i'd do...

right click (or the mac equiv of a right click if you're not using PC) the
nn-19 just about anywhere on the module, and a menu will pop up - choose
"browse samples" - find the sample you want, then choose "OK".

>From here, you just have to write midi into the sequencer to play the sample
back. if it's an 8 bar loop, and you want the whole thing to play, you'll
have to draw a block in your sequencer that's 8 bars long - the shorter you
draw out your midi data the less time the sample will actually play.

I have a 8 beat loop I cut in soundforge How do I throw it in the nn-19
sampler?
I can throw it in the other part of the sampler but it only  plays a little
snippet of the loop.
I really like the things you can do with samples in the nn-19 sampler.
