Jim

Problem is my PC is too sh*t for VSTs and i like the reliability of midi and rack
boxes, so might well go for the Trinity...easier than getting Atmospheres, a new
controller and a new PC too 8)

Even if the sounds are clean, thats no problems, I like clean pads.

Apart from Atmosphere, whats the best sources of the pads, strings, synths for
Klute/720 type stuff? If its a rubbish question tell me, hehe, cos I am guessing its
combination of different stuff but if anyone is sitting on the ultimate pad machine
let me know (has anyone got a Wavestation - are they worth seeking out?)

btw - nice one to MysterMason - Ruff, Rugged and Raw being played on 1Xtra - best tune
of the Shipping News, unlike most of the other cr*p that got played on Sunday night...

laters
Dan

You can't go wrong with a Triton for 400 quid. Nice keyboards. Nice pad
sounds but the sounds will seem a little too clean! But if you like the
sounds from it, get it. If not, just get a controller keyboard and a copy of
atmosphere.
