anyone have a chance to check it out?
just did, and I think it's a rather banging tune, nice!!
thanks for the feedback jurgen!
it starts off like an atmosperic tune, which I'm not really into, but the drums and the odd bass"fart" kept my interested
cool, it was a conscious effort on my part to try writing an atmo tune, which also isnt really my style. I'm trying to push myself in new directions though.
that 303-ish booming subbass that starts around 1:30 sound a bit too distorted when heard on it's own imo (the tail of the sound sound like bass being played too low)
ok, that sound is a bit of a bitch to control, i'll take a look at that.
later in the tune it's get dug into the other sounds and it's not bothering me anymore
then the drop comes and turns the tune around, niiiice,
I'd exploit the drop more though, make it longer, give the adrenaline some time to build up in the blood as that bassline solo's before the drums come back and make the punters go apeshit,
it's actually quite short imo, or am I just getting too used to long tech itch buildups? :)
i hear what you are saying... i'll probably try anothr cut of it where i add another 30-60 second of build to it, maybea VIP mix ;)
great tune imo, lots of variation, good mix, keep it up I'd say!
awsome, i appreciate it.
