I've never got too involved in the midi features of Cubase... but... One way to do it is to find out the midi controller number for the parameter on the virus that you want to change (will be in a table in the virus' manual)... and then create a lane of controller data for that channel in cubase (on a normal midi track)... You can then draw a graph to represent the midi controller data which will control the virus when you play back the song.... Does that make sense?
