Does anyone know whether the freeze function in Logic Plat 6 is also availalbe in another form on Cubase or Sonar etc...
Having the ability to freeze audio tracks with loads of plugs ins etc, allow the computer to treat it as a plain audio file and free up the CPU and still be able to unfreeze the file to edit further down the line is genius... I can't afford a new Mac and Logic Platinum, so wondered what the alternatives were for PCs... Apple going all exclusive with Logic really p*ssed me off.
